Typical equipment used includes large backpack blowers, smaller hand-held electric blowers, and a selection of rakes. We also provide yard bags at no additional charge. Our selection of equipment, ensures optimal top quality and efficiency.
For example, when cleaning garden beds with mulch, we use the smaller blower and hand rakes so we don’t remove too much mulch and the area is well-cleared.

Each property has different needs when it comes to seasonal cleanups. Some require only one visit, while others benefit from multiple visits throughout the fall to stay neat and tidy. Different trees also shed at different times—maples, for example, drop their leaves earlier than oaks—so timing can vary from yard to yard. If you prefer multiple visits to keep your property looking pristine, you can start as early as mid-September. If you prefer to have all the work done at once, we recommend a longer November visit.

How do you calculate Invoices for hourly work?
Invoices are calculated based on the number of staff who service your property. The billing doesn't start until the time we arrive at your property to the time we depart. We round the time on site to the nearest 10 minutes. There are no additional charges for travel time.
If you have requested any additional materials, such as mulch or soil, or if you would like any debris moved from your property (as opposed to leaving it on the curb for the city to pickup) then additional charges will be added to your bill.
